Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the JobShaped résumé-building service (the “Service”), operated by Verida Group LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by Verida Group LLC (Identification Number: 406517318), a limited liability company registered under the laws of Georgia, with its registered address at Tbilisi, Georgia, B. Khmelnitski II Dead end, 29. You can contact us at contact@jobshaped.com.
2. The Service
The Service lets you store a professional profile, generate résumés tailored to specific job descriptions using artificial intelligence, edit them in your browser, and export them as PDF files. Building, editing, and downloading résumés are free and unlimited.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
4. Customizations, passes and payments
A "customization" is one AI-generated tailoring of your résumé to a job. Every account, including free ones, receives 2 customizations each calendar month at no charge.
For more, we offer two optional passes, each a single one-time payment: 1-Year Pass at $9.90 (a year of access including 50 customizations), and 1-Year Pass Plus at $29.90 (a year of access including 300 customizations), or the local equivalent. A pass is not a subscription: it does not renew, we do not keep your card on file, and there is nothing for you to cancel. What you are buying is access to the Service for twelve months, subject to the number of customizations shown. Any customizations you have not used when the twelve months end expire with the pass; they are not a stored balance, are not transferable, and have no cash value. You may buy a further pass at any time, which adds its customizations to any you have left and starts a new twelve-month period.
Payments are processed by PayPro Global, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. By buying a pass you also agree to PayPro Global’s buyer terms. Applicable taxes are handled by PayPro Global and shown at checkout.
5. Refunds
Because a pass is a one-time purchase, there is no subscription to cancel and no renewal to stop. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your purchase.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting unlawful content, infringing others’ rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to generate false or misleading information about a person.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the information and résumés you create. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate your résumé). We do not sell your personal data.
8. AI-generated content
Résumés are generated with the help of AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the output before using it. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as interviews or employment.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
